Hey Guys! Hope everyone is well.

Would you believe that I ran my course of being unhappy?

I know you’re probably like, ‘How are you going to say when you’re going to be happy?’ That’s because I’m going to take a conscience effort to be happy. Too many days I’ve let other peoples opinions dictate the way I live. I’m sure I’m not the only one. A lot of us go through this. But, you know what? That isn’t the only thing that plays a part in how I feel about myself and my life, lively hood is another source of my unhappiness. I realized long ago that the regular 9 to 5 is not for me. I’m a creator, I love to create and you can’t really do that effectively when you’re working in a place that drains the life and creative energy out of you. Being on this vacation for the past week and a half has confirmed everything I thought.  Which is, I feel extremely free knowing that there is no where that I have to be. Also, I can choose my method of financial freedom. Everything that is worth it, is going to take a lot of time and effort, if you want those dreams and aspirations to manifest. There is no easy way around it. I’ve always known that I have to buckle down and do what is necessary if I want my life to change for the better. bossed up.png

That’s what I hope to remind you; things can always be better. If there’s something going on in your life you don’t like, change it. Who says you have to be miserable all your life. Remember, there are people out here that have found ways to live there best life. There’s no reason you can’t too. If you would like to act, write, direct, dance, and any other way you can think that will make you happy, go for it. It’s better to try and fail than to never try at all. When it’s all said and done, you’re going to look back and say I shoulda, coulda, woulda. And that’s the last thing you want to happen. It’s not like you can get the time back and do it all over again. Why not do it now, when you’re young and physically capable to live out your dreams? Like they say, ‘There’s no time like the present’. joker

I’m not only saying this, I plan to live it. At this very moment I’m taking steps to live my life on my terms, and you should too. Why should you live life under  someone else’s thumb? Letting them tell you what you can and can not do, deciding if you deserve a raise for all the hard work you’ve put in to their company. Why go through all that just to become more unhappy because your idea of your work ethic doesn’t line up with their actions? When you know that you’ve been a great employee, working to elevate their business. Many times sacrificing your health and time because you want that recognition of a job well done. The sad thing is, most times it goes unnoticed, because your boss has come to expect the best from you. That is, if you’re some one that always has to give 200% to every project you do. That’s why many times they give that recognition you worked so hard for to some one that shows half the effort, because they figure it’s better to keep you in your same position, rather than promote you because they know the work is going to get done and most important you need that job. Another thing, if you’re someone that has kept or likes to keep a job for long periods of time without finding another that elevates you over time, to your boss it looks like you’re less of a risk than someone who jumps from job to job. Most times the risk these people take pays off in the end, because it shows the employer two things: they’ll take a risk when they think it’s needed and they’re not afraid of change.work

That’s why if you’re a person that likes stability, and has a passion for creativity, being an entrepreneur could be the right move for you. I say ‘could be’ because some people don’t want to take the risk or put in the time to be their own boss. Once it does happen for me, I’m sure it will be beautiful, as it will for you. That is, if you decide to take the plunge.
