As always I hope everyone is doing well. I’ma tell you one thing; I feel so much better then I’ve been feeling in the last couple of weeks! I guess you could say my body and mind needed the rest. I feel a little guilty saying that, because we’ve only been back in school for about 3 months. I shouldn’t feel bad about saying that though. I’m sure there are a lot of people just as grateful for this break as I am. There’s probably teachers out there already planning their Summer vacation.
Well… Like I told you all before there’re going to be some things I’m going to be working on bringing to life. First I need your input.
Which play should I work on producing first?
Desire- A tale of a very gullible girl, who falls in love with someone who appears will never love her back. Not realizing everything she thought she knew was a lie and sh*t was gonna hit the fan a lot sooner than she ever expected.
Loyalty: Love, Lies & Betrayal- My first self published book. A tale of a homosexual couple who has problems just like anyone else. Centered around Jacoby who is an owner of a multimillion dollar record company. But has failed to realize everything he has is due to his loving somewhat crazy husband Stacy. Things start taking a turn for the the worst when Stacy gets wind of just how giving and generous Jacoby has been and has continued to be to his female counter parts.

Today I wanted to speak about Sun and what affects I’ve noticed it has on me and many women like me.
Many of us don’t give it a second thought. We know that it’s a big ball of heat and light. But we haven’t come to realize how important it is when it comes to fertility and regular menstruation.
I’ve been looking all over the internet trying to find articles on how the sun influences how long your menstrual stays or if it comes at all.
I was surprised to see there weren’t that many articles on the subject. So for this blog I want to let you know vitamin D plays a huge part in your reproduction. You need vitamin D in producing healthy blood.
What tends to happen when you don’t have healthy blood is you loose it. This can either happen because of anemia or a menstrual that will not end. I know this because I’ve experienced both.
I’ve known for a long time food should be your medicine. But I never applied my knowledge to myself and health.
Since life has been nothing but monotonous for me, I figure I will finally put what I know to good use.
I’m not guaranteeing weight lose or anything. But I will post pictures of myself before I started taking my health seriously and my progress going through this transformation.
Please pray for me and hold me accountable. Because this is something I always wanted to do but never did because I allowed the way others feel towards me to dictate the way I felt about myself.

Hope all is well. As you see, I’m more than happy that school is going to be out in the next three days. To add to that I don’t have any children. So I can take this opportunity to focus on where I’m trying to be in life before that time comes.
Have you ever just wanted life to go a certain way? But every time you try to get it to go in what you think is the right direction, it surprises you and goes a different route. That has been the story of my life. There have been countless things that I’ve wanted to do in life.
Let me give you some examples of the things I’ve wanted to do recently. Start Shopify, Etsy, YouTube, Photography, Real Estate and the list goes on.
I’m sure the reason I haven’t been able to excel at these things is do to my inability to commit; I know it is. I believe my failure to commit is due to a fear of failure. As I’m sure a lot of us have.
But I promise myself this summer I’m gonna give it all I’ve got. I have this one golden opportunity to get something started and that is exactly what I’m gonna do. There are to many ways to enjoy life for me to not find one.
If you’re at this same point in life; where you feel things could be a whole lot better and you want a life of freedom. Take the leap and make it happen. You’ll be so happy you did.
I’m sure once I make it to the life I’ve always dreamed of things will start to become clear to me.
So, these are some of the things I’m gonna be doing to help propel my life in the right direction. You can try this if you’d like.
Start a routine
Workout 5x a week
Give 5 to 10 hrs a day to the thing I want to do for the rest of my life
Never give up
Practice being a Influencer, not a Consumer
I’m sure these things seem small. But the small things start the big changes. These six things are going to be keys to my success. I’m sure there are many more things I’m going to have to do, but these are my starters.
As I stated before, I am going to be dabbling in a few things; Shopify, YouTube, Photography, Etsy, and maybe even fiverr. I’m not sure what I’m going to stick with. Bit I’m happy to say I’m starting.
Financial Freedom is something I’ve always strived for. So taking this on full time is going to be a dream come true. I know it won’t be easy, but I’m ready to work as hard as I need to in order to make it a reality.
I feel so good! I miss this feeling. I know you’re probably like, “What is she talking about?” Well, I’ve been going to the gym since this past Saturday, and it has made a world of difference in how I react to the world and myself. Usually, I’m so depressed and don’t want to do anything. Mainly because I feel like no matter what I do, there is no way for me to gain true happiness. I know the happiness has to come from with in, in order for no one to be able to take it away, but that’s something I struggle with. For so long I’ve allowed others to determine how I feel about myself, that’s going to change. I’m going to learn to take full responsibility for my feelings and actions, something I should have done a long time ago.
I can’t explain how good it’s made me feel to get up and workout. Granted, everyday isn’t easy getting out of bed at 5 in the morning, but it’s well worth it. Knowing that I’m helping my body get in the best shape of my life is like trying something knew. You’re not sure if you’re going to like it once you do it, but at least now you have the experience. This is especially true for me, because I have been a big girl all of my life. I’ve never experienced being skinny or even slim thick, if that is even a real thing. All my life I have been bigger than everyone my age. When I say bigger I don’t mean 20 pounds or 40 pounds heavier, I mean 50 to 100 pounds. Let me give you an example, in 3rd grade most kids were maybe 60 to 80lbs. Me on the other hand, I was 183lbs in third grade! I thought maybe I had an inactive thyroid, but that wasn’t the problem. What turned out being the problem was the food I was eating, everything I ate was processed.
I didn’t learn until later what processed food did to the body. Let’s just put it like this, it’s not good. That’s why I’m trying to change my ways now, while I still can. I don’t know about you, but I want to live for a long time. And not like how these other people are (Existing). I want to be up and getting around like a 20yr old until the day I die, living life the way I choose, not the way others expect me too. Living on your own terms is and always will be the true definition of life.

By watching my journey I hope to inspire you to take one of your own, and it doesn’t have to be fitness. It is anything that you’ve always wanted to do but never have because you never seemed to have the time or the energy.

Hey Everybody! I hope all is well.
I’m just sitting here realizing I’m getting older and I still have not made it to the place that I want to be so desperately. I think about all the things I’ve learned over the years and how I haven’t applied much of what I’ve learned to make the type of impact I know I can make. I also think a lot about my health the older I get. All the attempts at being vegan just haven’t stuck. I’m trying to make it stick, because I know that it would be a whole lot better if I would eat what’s good for me rather than eating what tastes good. But the taste always seems to out rule the health facts. Not anymore! I’m tired of lack of energy, depression, lack of focus, health problems, and a list of other things because I love to eat what’s bad for me.
I’m making a promise to you and myself to eat what I know is good for me instead of what’s convenient and what tastes good. I’m going to start eating for the health of my body, instead of eating to satisfy my taste buds. I see that it isn’t getting me any where but living everyday in a fog, barely able to do anything without feeling tired or uninterested. That’s no way to live. I now realize in order to have the type of life I want, my mind has to be clear. Eating healthy foods such as fruits and veggies will insure that my mind is clear, my body energized, and that I am focused on the right things.
Years of eating junk has kept me in a fog that I just can’t shake. Constantly eating fresh food everyday without any processed food is an experience in itself. Have you ever thought of how good you feel when you go through a period of cleansing your body out? Anyone who has gone through this process knows, you feel energized, productive, focused, and most of all amazing! That’s because cleansing the body should be an on going process. I know that it’s hard to lead a life that is filled with nothing but healthy foods that have been grown from the ground, especially if that isn’t something you’re not already use to. But it has always been the answer to getting us to be our best selves’. When you eat better you feel better, and when you feel better you do better. Most of us don’t understand that eating foods high in nutrition does more than keep us in shape, it also keeps our bodies working in tip top shape. Ideas come to you a lot easier, life seems filled with endless possibilities, you can’t wait to wake up and live another day, you find your purpose a lot sooner. The reason for all of these positive benefits when eating fresh foods is, these are the types of food we are suppose to be eating anyway. Like I stated in previous post such as The Health of a Nation, and Know what you’re eating?? most of us are eating things that aren’t even food. They are things that “scientist” have designed to taste good so that we will continue to purchase them. Not only that, most of the things that are put into our “food” have cancer causing agents, because the body doesn’t know how to digest the type of things a typical American eats. That’s why so many of us end up with diseases such as arthritis, osteoporosis, HIV, a number of cancers, STDs and a list of other things.
If the immune system is trying to take care of other issues, how can it defend your body when the actual “Big bad wolf” comes? There’s no way, because it’s already over exerting itself trying to take care of issues. It’s like when you go to work, work 15 hours and your boss asks you to work 10 more. You’ll try to do what you can, but your productivity will be lacking because you haven’t had the time to recuperate from the hours that you’ve already put in. I know a lot of us understand that, but are unable to let go of the bad foods because there is no light in our lives to make us want to do better. I’m sure it’s the food, and stress that’s contributing to making us feel like food is our only escape from the harsh ways of this world.
That’s because we haven’t found other ways to deal with stress and hard times. Food is the first thing you learn to associate with emotion. If you’re happy or sad you want something sweet, stressed salty and so on and so on. But that isn’t the way it’s suppose to be. Everyday we have something to be mad, sad, or happy about. Many times we are more stressed then anything and that is already not good for the body. I know it doesn’t take a lot for me to feel anxious myself, which is another form of stress. Being anxious or stressed isn’t good for the immune system. Having negative emotions stresses the immune system and sends signals to the brain to dull the pain, and most times that means eating away the anxiousness. Not saying eating is the only way to deal with anxiety, stress or anger, but that is the way most of us have learned to block out the signals. We do it so much that we don’t realize we’re doing it. Which is very bad.
All of these reasons and more are the cause of me changing my life style. I was thinking of something today, and that was “Who’s healthier? A vegan or a carnivore”. I’m sure this is going to be completely off of personal preference, but it’s good to get the information out there. Me my self, I think vegans who eat the right type of diet for their body are in the best health. I’m sure there are gonna be a lot of you thinking, “Where do they get their protein?” Simple, they get it from vegetables. It’s a misconception we need meat in order to get adequate amounts of protein. Truth be told most of the meat we consume that’s suppose to provide us with protein, isn’t fully absorbed. Most of the protein from the meat is discarded. That’s why it’s best to go to the source, which is the plenty of foods that grow out of the ground.
On another note living here in America is a blessing and a curse. Don’t get me wrong, I understand the blessings that comes with living here and I also understand the misfortunes of living here. The blessings are obvious, running water, freedom of speech, free to be who you are, the endless amount of possibilities for either sex, having things readily prepared for you and so on and so on. But when it comes to the ways we’re misfortunate, I’m sure it will be looked at as a matter of opinion. Some of those ways are knowing how to grow your own food, growing up in nature, learning the world around you, and so on.
I’m choosing to look further into the way we’re misfortunate. Let’s look at ‘Not knowing how to grow our own food’. This one right here is a very important one to me. I don’t know the first thing about growing anything, but I plan to learn. While you can, I think you should too. I think it’s so important for us to know how to grow our own food and the reason why, is do to all the things that are put in our food before we get it. There are so many pesticides, splicing of genes and food made in laboratories that it makes you literally sick to really think about where your food comes from. There are so many things that are in the average American diet that a person from another country wouldn’t remotely consider food. The problem is we’ve grown up eating this stuff thinking we’re eating food when we’re really not. If you think about it, the average American diet includes at least 50% processed food. Reason being, the society we’re in wants everything in a hurry. Even when you decide to cook something for yourself or your family, your going to cut a couple of corners and get that premade sauce, margarine, or herbs, or what ever else you decide to cook with. And many times it doesn’t enter our mind what we’re eating. It’s like, we’re on autopilot when it comes what we consume.
That’s where we’re failing! We need to be more particular when it comes to what we put in and on our body. Have you ever taken the time to look up some of American food laws? Did you know, there’s a company by the name of Monsanto’s trying to have all rights to the seeds you get from the fruit and vegetables you eat? Reason being, they’re trying to make it impossible for people to grow their own food. That way they can continue to get paid for providing you with food that if you had the knowledge and time you would grow yourself. There’s so many things going on with food. Most of the things that are taking place with food are not going to be out there for you to stumble upon, your going to have to dig to really find out what’s going. Just know, the food that your grandparents and great-grandparents grew up on is nothing like the food we’re eating today. That’s why these girls and boys are developing so quickly. Also that may be another reason why sickness is increasing.
I’m still doing research own what these GMO foods do to the body. From what I’m learning the affects aren’t good. But if you want to learn more and get more references so you have some where to start from, you can refer back to a post a did about a year ago called The Health of a Nation. In that post I’m swaying more towards veganism there also, but there is information about what GMO’s are and also different movies and documentaries you could watch to get a clearer understand what GMO’s are and what they can do to the body. I hope this caused you to think about what your putting in your body. We really need to start thinking about this stuff if we want to live to see old age.
